CARE MANAGEMENT:  Elder Quest provides long and short-term care management services to individuals and families in need of guidance through the maze of senior care issues.


GUARDIANSHIP: Elder Quest can assess and perform guardianship services for individuals when requested by family or other professional.

ASSESSMENTS: A comprehensive assessment is the critical starting point for all seniors and their families.  The assessment helps to determine one’s capabilities and limitations. Elder Quest considers the physical, mental, social, spiritual, financial, and legal aspects of one’s life to make recommendations about life decisions, health care resources, and long term care services.

ADVOCACY: Elder Quest is willing to act as an advocate for an individual; addressing care concerns and acting on the client’s behalf.

PRESENTATIONS: Elder Quest is able to provide educational presentations to any group that has an interest in being better informed on aging issues.

CONSULTING: Elder Quest is willing to provide consultations related to aging issues and transitional care to businesses, organizations, and families.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT: Elder Quest provides information and options about caregiver support services, older adult care, and living options that can help the caregiver and the person that is being cared for address an immediate need or prepare for the future.
